Practice sessions

Practicing Pole Fitness without a pole can be tough, so we have designated Practice Sessions available for you to book in, with a pole guaranteed! These sessions are an opportunity for you to have a self-guided practice to work on some tricks, do some conditioning or rehearse a routine.

We have resources available in the studio for each pole level, meaning you can get the most out of your Practice Session, even if you don’t know where to start! It’s self guided, but you have support!

Practice sessions are part of your Membership packs, for Membership Level 1, you get 1 Practice Session a week, and for Membership Level 2 and above you have unlimited available, but please make sure you book in!

New to Pole?

Beginner course

Our 10 Week Beginner Course will leave you amazed by what you can achieve in 10 weeks! No matter what your starting point or fitness level, if you’re new to pole this course is perfect for you!

This course follows our curriculum, designed to build up your strength and pole skills progressively week by week, adding on what you learn as you go.

Each class starts with a warm up, followed by key conditioning exercises to build your strength and teach you the correct muscle engagement for pole, then you’ll learn some new pole skills and revise what you’ve already learnt. You’ll learn to climb, spin, sit, layout and more!

From week 3 onwards, part of the class is dedicated to learning a full dance routine, putting all you’ve learnt into action, both building your stamina and teaching you how to connect movements and tricks!

If you’re excited to jump into our Beginner Course, make sure you keep an eye out on our Social Media to find out when our next course starts!

5 Week Intro to Pole Course

Our 5 week Intro to Pole Course is the perfect way to dip your toe into pole if you don’t want to wait for our next Beginner Intake. These courses cover the same pole essentials as our 10 Week Beginner Course, just in a more condensed format!

Each class includes a warm up, then key conditioning exercises designed to build your strength and teach you the right muscle engagement for pole, and then the rest of the class is focused on learning foundation pole skills, such as climbs, spins and sits. Even with just one class a week for 5 weeks, you’ll walk away with a strong foundation to start off your pole journey!

Free Experienced Level Assessments

We’ll have a chat with you about your pole experience, and run you through a few tricks and skills to best identify what level of our course classes would be ideal for you.

These sessions aren’t on our timetable, so if you would like to book in for one, please enquire here, or contact us directly via phone or email.
