Our Classes
Levelled classes
-
Here at T’s Pole and Fitness, we have designed a structured levelled syllabus ranging from beginner to elite, to provide you with the correct technique and progressive strength to support your pole journey.
Each class features buildable skills and essential conditioning, all in the capable hands of our experienced instructors. Throughout your 10 week term you will learn a variety of tricks and skills, and some fun combinations so you can learn how to put it all together.
Our goal is to help you achieve your goals - whether that’s to progress through the levels or keep you inspired where you’re at! -
For those of us who love dancing, we offer levelled routine courses to complement your pole level. In these classes you’ll have the entire 10 weeks dedicated to learning and perfecting a full routine, using the tricks you learn in your levelled Pole classes.
The routine for each level changes every single term, which means you’ll be exposed to different instructors styles, different flows and combinations, building your stamina and keeping it new, even if you do the same class 3 terms in a row!
As these classes will have tricks and skills to match the Pole Level, you can only do a routine course matching your current Pole Level or below. -
While most of our syllabus is designed around spin pole, we also offer static pole courses for those who want to try something different!
Our static pole classes come in intermediate and advanced, and will teach you some alternatives to your spin moves and some spins and tricks exclusive to static.
Casual Classes
-
We offer a variety of different casual dance classes, allowing you to experiment with different styles and routines, from contemporary to sensual flow - there’s something for everyone.
Unlike your Levelled Routine classes, Casual Dance classes change their choreography every 1-2 weeks where you learn just a part of a song, meaning they’re perfect to jump into at any point in the term!
These classes are what we call ‘open level,’ they are suitable for everyone from beginner through to elite students. -
We know that pole training comes from both on and off the pole, so we have a few options for you to try. From stretch and flexibility, to strength and conditioning, all of these classes are designed to help you get the most out of your training, and prepare you and your body for the tricks you’re wanting to perfect!
All of our fitness classes are open level, and no matter what your starting point or skill level, we welcome you to try them and see the benefits in real time!
Practice sessions
Practicing Pole Fitness without a pole can be tough, so we have designated Practice Sessions available for you to book in, with a pole guaranteed! These sessions are an opportunity for you to have a self-guided practice to work on some tricks, do some conditioning or rehearse a routine.
We have resources available in the studio for each pole level, meaning you can get the most out of your Practice Session, even if you don’t know where to start! It’s self guided, but you have support!
Practice sessions are part of your Membership packs, for Membership Level 1, you get 1 Practice Session a week, and for Membership Level 2 and above you have unlimited available, but please make sure you book in!
